I really mustered the courage to write this complaint letter to McCann headquarters. Because I don't have other channels to ask for help, and my English is not very good.
So I hope you can help me with objectively and fairly to deal with it.
I am one of McCann's distributors in Taiwan (a customer of Shapefeng Company), Their mainly responsible for my shipment and collect money. But I am very confused that my quotation and supply quantity are handled by McCann Taiwan（Mrs. Sylvia Yang)
Since April, your Taiwan McCann has listened to the lies of other dealers, and without asking for verification, he directly stopped my supply. It was for an unreal reason that I was blocking my goods without any evidences
They pointed that I destroyed the market in southern Taiwan at a low price.
This is false accusations and very roughly.
I don't have any ways to appeal, but McCann's Taiwan branch without any negotiate with each other .They stop shipping all goods and it has affected my business and caused financial losses. I think this is very absurd and disrespectful.
Don't even find the real saboteurs.
In the past, Taiwan branch were always caused market panic ,stock-outs and unbalanced to our distributors.
I have reasonable doubts Whether they engage in improper business gain with other dealers
I hope the headquarters can help me understand and investigate why your Taiwan McCann branch has such illegal behavior.
This has involved Taiwaness law and confuses the market and why they could create opportunities ,benefits for her loyal dealers.
